But when a serious car accident hospitalized him with injuries that put in doubt his ability to ever walk again, golf was't even on his radar. Fortunately, a few surgeries and months of rehab put him back home and in his restaurant with a renewed outlook on life. It also gave him a newfound love and appreciation for the game of golf.
