Cancellation Policy

The Deer Valley GC has updated its advance payment and booking process. Please read the following to familiarize yourself with our 2021 policies.

  • The club is no longer requiring advance payment for all public rounds
  • Payment for your round can be made at the time of booking or in person prior to your round
  • The bookers credit card number is required for all advance bookings and will be will be the card on file in the case of cancellations or "No Shows"
  • "No Shows" rounds are subject to a "No Show fee" equal to 100% of the booked green fee rate
  • Same day cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked green fee rate

 

Public Player Cancellation Policy:

We understand sometimes things come up and get in the way of a good day on the golf course!  If it should happen:

We ask for 24 hour notice for any member of your party who is unable to attend to ensure you are not charged for the round.  If you are unable to contact the pro shop outside of the 24 hour window please send a cancellation request to   

 

Same Day Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to amend your booked tee time. If you are looking to cancel or amend your time within 24 hours you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked green fee rate if notice is not given within 2 hours of your booked time.

 

"No Show" Policy:

"No Shows" are groups or individuals that have not cancelled or amended their tee time prior to the booked tee time and will be charged for the full round. "No Shows" rounds are subject to a "No Show fee" equal to 100% of the booked green fee rate.

 

Member Cancellation Policy:

24 hour notice is required if you are cancelling a tee time. In instances were the booking needs to be amended, the Member who made the booking is responsible to amend the reservation prior to arriving at the club.  All Members who do not follow the booking policies will be subject to the following:

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning
  • Suspension of booking privileges
