Posted in Ttileist

Looking to regulate your distance & direction with the distance wedges? With this drill from Titleist Staff Member Mark Blackburn, try focusing on your downswing chest and pivot rotation to power your distance wedges and help you square the club face. The Drill: To get a feel for this movement, grab a towel under your upper arms and keep the towel pinned to your torso while rotating through the downswing. This will allow you to sense the chest rotation required to square the club face and power the shot. You can start with short 25 yard shots and work all the way up to a full distance wedges.
