Titleist Tips: Improve Your Trail Arm Structure
Do you find that your right trail arm (for a right handed player) becomes compromised at the top of your backswing? Titleist Staff Member has a helpful tip that you can do using items from around your house.
In this drill, with the help of a child's "water wing" on his elbow joint, Jonathan is able to keep the box like form at the top of his backswing to improve his trail arm structure, further helping him to keep width on his through swing. As a result, his body will be in a better position to deliver the club and hit more solid shots.
