John Greenough

John has been a part of the Deer Valley team since 2005. John joined the PGA of Canada in 2006 and became the Head Professional at Deer Valley in 2011.

John broke the provincial PGA single round scoring record at Elmwood Golf Course, in Swift Current, with and opening round 61 in 2011. John went on to win his first Saskatchewan PGA Championship title in the same event that year. He regularly competes in provincial and national championships and recently finished 10th at the 2018 PGA of Canada Club Pro Championship.

John won the "Professional of the Year" award for the Saskatchewan PGA in 2013 & the Bill Taylor "Sportsmanship" award in 2015. John is a past president of the PGA of Saskatchewan as well as the current Director of the Deer Valley's Operation 36 Golf Academy. John loves to teach the game of golf to players of all skill level as well as compete at Provincial and National events.
