Beata Kowalski started Valley Girls Catering in 2002 right here at Deer Valley Golf Club. Since then they have enjoyed many ventures under the Fresh Eats umbrella. They currently operate Fresh & Sweet and Fresh Carnival downtown, as well as multiple locations at Mosaic Stadium and operating the Food & Beverage at Sherwood Forest Golf Course. We are so proud to be back where it all started and excited to make you some yummy food!
