Kenny has been a part of the Deer Valley team since 2014. Beginning in the role of sous-chef, Kenny has let his dedication and "quality-first" attitude guide him into the position of Food & Beverage Manager. With 20 years of cooking experience, he is excited to bring that knowledge into this position.
Kenny obtained his culinary education from the NorthWest Culinary Academy of Vancouver which has a reputation of being one of the premier cooking schools nationwide. From there he began to broaden his cooking experience working in the catering, hotel and fine dining sectors. During this time Kenny had also participated in recognized cooking competitions such as Gold Medal Plates in both British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Kenny believes that great food and service begins with quality ingredients and inspired people. We are excited to have Kenny showcase his skills and knowledge with Deer Valley.
