Diamond in the Rough

The 2017 Diamond in the Rough Junior Golf Camp will be held July 4th-7th.  Some of Saskatchewan’s finest golf professionals will be on hand to provide expert instruction to students. Your child will be given instruction in all phases required to become a competent golfer. Those students wishing to further their skills will be encouraged, taught and inspired.
Your child will acquire a complete understanding of the rules of golf as well as a sound foundation of golf etiquette.
Time will be devoted to instruction on the mental approach, course strategy, pre-game preparation as well as diet in order to maximize your child’s newly acquired golf skills.
Group size of instruction will be maintained at one instructor to eight students. The entire facility at Deer Valley Golf Club will be made available. Lunch will be provided each day (included in entry fee), with the students being able to play between 9 and 18 holes each day. A minimum of three hours of direct instruction per day will be tailored to your child’s ability and aptitude. The overriding goal of this camp is to eventually produce future golfers with competence and a love of the game!
